This online conference, organized within the framework of the EURAXESS initiative, will address intersectoral mobility in research careers bringing together different stakeholders.
The conference is intended to be a meeting point for academic and non-academic organizations, including industry, as well as policy makers, science managers and researchers, in order to discuss barriers to intersectoral mobility and sharing good practices.
The event will address European policies connected to researcher careers, support services to foster intersectoral mobility, innovation ecosystems favoring intersectoral mobility and experiences from the side of organizations and of the researchers.
Topics such as diverse career paths for researchers, skill needs, the role of doctoral training, recruitment processes, barriers to intersectoral mobility and support services; will be covered through keynote presentations and moderated discussion panels.
The speakers include experts on science policy, EURAXESS members, innovation stakeholders, business representatives and researchers with intersectoral experience.
