Our next meeting will be hold in Aiara Valley (Laudio). From there, guided by an expert, we will walk through the forest (1,5 h) from the winery “Beldui” to a natural fridge in the Mostatxa mountain. Once there, guides will explain us the origin of this and we also enjoy a typical branch with local products called “hamarretako”.
Afterwards, in the winery, the guide will show us the different processes and technics to elaborate this white wine, the Txakoli, so appreciated in the Basque Country, as well as abroad. We will also taste this wine
To finish, the txilibran a refreshing sorbet will make our digestion easier. But here, you are the protagonist: you will be able to elaborate your own refreshing sorbet that will complete you experience. Cheers!!!
