Bizkaia Talent promotes research studies with the collaboration of universities, companies and other entities that collect the demands and the mobility of highly qualified personnel, as well as the value added by human capital to research and innovation development in the Basque Country at large and in Bizkaia, the degree of satisfaction and integration of this highly qualified people in the personal and professional spheres, the relevance of learning and university studies to the business world, and so on.

The aim is to draw conclusions which will help Bizkaia Talent to develop actions and programmes in order to encourage talent and innovation in our historical territory, and sharing them with the organisations in our country to help them with talent management.
