Bizkaia Talent presents the third edition of Talentia Challenge

  • 35 talented youngsters will have the opportunity to confront the authentic challenges of five organizations

Bizkaia Talent continues with its firm commitment to fostering the nation’s young talent, and to this end, working in collaboration with major regional companies and with the Caixa Bank Foundation acting as sponsor, it has presented a new edition of the Talentia Challenge program that will start in February 2019 and last for five months.

The aim of this innovative initiative is to stimulate and encourage conditions and processes for the attraction, retention and linking up of highly qualified people to our nation where the participants will confront the real challenge faced by a company.

The five collaborating companies that have presented their challenges for the talented youngsters are Apnabi, Faes Farma, ITP Aero, Seber Altube Ikastola and Tecuni. After selection, the youngsters will be split up into five multidisciplinary teams whose aim will be to come up with a solution to the proposed challenges. To support them in the project, they will be provided with four team coaches and one tutor per organization, and they will carry out coaching and mentoring sessions as well as residential trips abroad aimed at providing inspiration.

65 participants and 10 organizations took part in the first two editions
In the first two editions of Talentia Challenge 65 youngsters found solutions to 10 challenges proposed by the following organizations: Arteche, Bizkaiko Foru Aldundia, Bizkaiko Zientzia eta Teknologia Parkea, Idom, IMAR, Lantegi Batuak, Sener, Sisteplant, Vidrala and Grupo Urbegi.
