Successful completion of the third edition of Talentia Challenge

  • The participating teams presented their solutions to the challenges posed by five organizations from Bizkaia

On the 4th July approximately 80 people comprising participants, representatives of the collaborating companies and members of the Talentia team gathered together at the Bilborock concert hall for the closing ceremony of the Talentia Challenge programme. After five months of arduous work, international learning trips to Berlin and Amsterdam and innumerable team meetings, the young talents presented the solutions which they had come up with over the duration of this period.

After a dynamic group activity which all the participants took part in, the 35 participants of the programme presented their ideas by means of pitching sessions to Apnabi, Faes Farma, ITP Aero, Seber Altube Ikastola and Tecuni, offering solutions to the challenges posed by the companies.

Promotion of regional youth
Bizkaia Talent presses on with its firm commitment to promoting young talent from the region by means of Talentia Challenge, sponsored by the La Caixa bank foundation. This is an innovative initiative whose aim is to boost and enhance the conditions and processes for the attraction, retention and linking-up of highly qualified people to our region. In all, and including this edition, 100 youngsters and 15 organizations have now taken part in the programme. The companies in question are: Apnabi, Arteche, Provincial Council of Bizkaia, Faes Farma, Grupo Urbegi, Idom, Imar, ITP Aero, Lantegi Batuak, Parke Bizkaia, Seber Altube Ikastola, Sener, Sisteplant, Tecuni and Vidrala.
