Bizkaia:talent signs a collaboration agreement with LEA ARTIBAI IKASTETXEA – LEARTIKER to promote the Technology Entrepreneurship Program (The Ultimate Talent Experience)
Bizkaia:talent has signed a collaboration agreement with Lea Artibai Ikastetxea-Leartiker to promote the TEP project, which is supported by companies of the Mondragon Corporation, Renault Consulting and Azaro Fundazioa.
It is a project which intends to improve the employability of 180 highly qualified professionals, 120 of whom are expected to obtain employment following their participation. In view of the characteristics of the program (technological base), these jobs will be stable jobs in order to ensure that the population stays in Bizkaia.
The project will be international in scope and will promote the participation of people from other countries. It is deemed that this participation will contribute to enrich the project, as it will foster the exchange of knowledge and culture between people of different origin and training.
Likewise, the aim is to train the population in leading technology sectors of the region such as the polymer technology. It must be pointed out that these sectors fall within the specialization strategy of the Basque Country.
The project also aims at facilitating job placement for the participants once they have carried out the previously defined pathway which best fits their needs and characteristics.
bizkaia:talent will make a financial contribution to the TEP project so as to help the participants in their professional integration in the Basque Historical Territory of Bizkaia.
The first call for the program has been made this week and those who wish to participate can register until 19 June in the profiles defined in the program http://www.talentfortep.com/.
