Highly-qualified international professionals visit the Aiara Valley within the socio-cultural integration activities of the Relocation service of bizkaia talent

Talent can be found and developed anywhere in the world. This was evidenced on Saturday, 11 March, when around thirty highly-qualified international professionals residing in Bizkaia and users of the Relocation service of bizkaia talent, which provides them and their relatives with personalized professional guidance and advice, met within the framework of the socio-cultural integration activities in order to visit one of the most special spots of the Basque Country: the Aiara Valley.

Thus, professionals from countries as diverse as India, Albania, Italy, Venezuela, the Philippines, the Czech Republic, the United Kingdom, Poland, Colombia or Spain had the opportunity to take a stroll with a guide from the txakoli winery “Beldui” to a natural icebox in Mount Mostatxa. There, they had the opportunity to learn about the origin of these “iceboxes” and the culture of txakoli, have a rest and enjoy a typical snack with products from the region.

Back in the winery, an expert guide showed them all the processes and techniques to make txakoli, a white wine which is highly regarded in the Basque Country and increasingly appreciated outside our borders. And a visit of this type could not end without some txakoli tasting and, why not, its perfect combination with the culinary tradition of the area.
