Talentia Challenge participants visit Berlin in search of inspiration

  • Young talents go to the German capital to discover new initiatives which will help them to find solutions to the challenges in which they are involved

In the last week of March several participants of the Talentia Challenge programme carried out the first of the two residential learning stays which are planned as part of this third edition of the programme, with the aim of finding ideas to inspire them to come up with solutions to the five challenges posed by Bizkaia organizations which they have been working on since February.

The different teams, accompanied by two team coaches, had the opportunity to work in leading co-working spaces in Germany, where they discussed the challenges they are working on with local experts and took part in creativity workshops, as well as exchanging knowledge, ideas and inspiration.

Furthermore, they carried out several visits to organizations related to social initiative growth, digital energy and research centres where they were able to come into contact with top level researchers.

Meeting Basque professionals resident in Berlin
One of the interesting aspects of the stay was the opportunity to meet a number of Basque professionals who are developing their careers in Berlin and who form part of the Be Basque Talent Network, the largest talent network in the world related to the Basque Country, made up of over 11,000 highly qualified professionals. It was a great opportunity for all involved to share and exchange experiences and concerns.
